Submarine House is making a splash in downtown Piqua, announcing its newest location at 311 N. Main Street. The family-owned and operated franchise will soon bring its legendary cheesesteaks, award-winning subs and inviting sports bar atmosphere to the community, with plans to open in Spring 2025.

"We're beyond excited to bring Submarine House to Piqua," said Brody Danner, co-owner of the Piqua Submarine House location. "For us, joining a community means more than just opening a business. We become a partner in its ongoing growth and success."

The 4,000-square-foot restaurant, formerly the site of Referee's Sports Bar, will be renovated inside and out and feature a large outdoor patio. Located within Piqua's Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA), guests will be able to enjoy their drinks while exploring downtown. The restaurant is also just two blocks from Lock 9 Park and the Treviño Performance Pavilion — well within walking and listening distance.

Submarine House has built a loyal following across Ohio with its combination of laid-back atmosphere, high-quality ingredients and strong community ties. As renovations get underway, the team looks forward to becoming a staple in downtown Piqua.
